Led the creative team and managed the app and studio projects from concept to completion at a meditation startup.
Owned project management of all creative marketing requests - design, photography and video.
Managed creatives day-to-day, met directly with marketing stakeholders for all briefs and creative feedback and intermittently created design and video assets myself when needed.

Sole internal audio/visual producer for the video team, creating commercials and videos for TV, social media, email and the web for US, Germany, Canada and UK markets.
Project managed over 30 projects at a time, while leading a post team of 30+ people.
Key partner in the creative process, working closely with designers, producers, animators/editors, colorists and sound designers and composers.

Sole internal producer for the 2019 global marketing campaign. Managed logistics for regional ad agencies to produce 6 commercials with a total budget of $10M. Managed daily work with marketing, legal, and production teams.
Established and implemented a process for all departments to communicate across the marketing, brand, legal, and creative teams. Also created and standardized an internal process including an intake brief for requests, legal sign off system, and clear checkpoints.
Owned beginning to end pre-production & post-production workflows. Project managed by setting timelines for team deliverables, arranging stakeholder reviews, and overseeing final handoff.

Negotiated stage & backlot rates with production executives for 36 sound stages and 14 exterior sets. Collaborated with directors, producers, production coordinators and department heads.

Responsible for working with and assisting the advertising agency and production team on broadcast and digital video campaigns, while ensuring all delivered projects meet client and brand standards.
Remotely lead post production teams and define workflows starting with ingestion of footage, editorial, and final finishing of all motion graphics, animation, color, mix and VFX.
Define project goals and scope, create schedules, bids and overages. Collaborate with third party vendors, schedule bookings and collect and submit all invoices.
NETFLIX (Dirty Robber Productions), Los Angeles Production+Covid-19 Coordinator 08/2020 – 11/2020
Lead Covid testing schedules for the entire cast and crew, on and off set, for a docuseries. Personally responsible for scheduling/tracking all Covid tests and results, allowing production to continue.
KADOTA PRODUCTIONS, Los Angeles Post Producer 04/2020 – 05/2020
Client: IATSE (International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees).
Responsible for budgeting and overseeing a team of 10 for a month-long video project with a budget of $150k. Assigned daily and weekly goals to ensure the project met objectives and timeline. Owned and tracked the budget on a daily basis. Ran weekly review meetings.
WORK EDITORIAL, Los Angeles Post Producer 02/2020 – 04/2020, and 11/2020 – 02/2021
Clients: Apple, Xfinity, Uber Eats, VW, Run the Jewels, Bryce Vine.
I was the sole post producer for Apple's “Shot on iPhone” 11 commercial featuring Lady Gaga's "Stupid Love”, which earned 25M+ YouTube views upon release.
Led teams of 10+, making sure all parties were aligned and meeting weekly goals.
Owned the calendar, delivering 3-5 concurrent projects on tight schedules. Coordinated all client reviews, mix & color sessions, VFX and final delivery of digital content.
Collaborated directly with high profile clients and executives to ensure brand guidelines were met.
LEFT FIELD LABS, Los Angeles Digital Media Producer / Project Manager (Contractor) 11/2018 – 02/2019

● Spearheaded projects from start to finish, developing timelines, and ensuring milestones were met for a creative agency.
● Leveraged technical expertise in partnering with IT / Tech departments as well as developers on television & web / app-based video productions improving website performance to improve user experience. Pushed to improve user experience on our publishing platform.
ZAMBEZI, Los Angeles Agency Producer (Contractor) 09/2018 – 10/2018
Clients: Venmo, Beats by Dre, Taylormade.
● Coordinated the social and video production for Venmo’s 2018 campaign, which included the launch of their first debit card, and partnership campaigns giving users the ability to use Venmo to pay for MeUndies, Zulily, Framebridge, Tobi, Hot Topic, and Uber.
● Oversaw the video editing for an advertising & marketing agency focused on brand strategy, creative development, brand consulting and all content creation for broadcast and mobile. Subjects included entertainment, sports & health.
● Our Powerbeats Pro commercial “Unleashed”, earned over 20M views on YouTube alone.
DEUTSCH / STEELHEAD, Los Angeles Post Producer (Contractor) 07/2018 – 09/2018
Clients: Taco Bell, Angel Soft, Jeep, 7Eleven, Target, Volkswagen.
● Created/managed calendar and finances; kept track of daily budget winning pitches for a full-service creative production shop within an agency focused on end-to-end production & post. Constantly managing expectations and fostered relationships with our clients.
● Managed concept, shoot, edit and finish for TV, film, commercials while following Global Guidelines. Booked/oversaw resources including editors, motion graphics, animators/illustrators, and all video production. Managed social media marketing videos, commercial videos, and animation videos for mobile programming initiatives.
KADOTA PRODUCTIONS, Los Angeles Production Manager 03/2018 – 07/2018
● Completed daily video production schedule and call sheet for a creative production company that works with agencies and Photographers to execute across multiple media platforms, such as commercials, livestream programming, print & live multicam for social.
● Completed daily check and credit card logs to help UPM/Producer track budget while assisting in line producing. Prepared and organized all union & non-union tax paperwork for crew, created and organized all vendor POs and collected all COI’s as well as Pre-Pro Book; distributed petty cash, and collected insurance for locations.

● Reported to EP, booking and tracking schedules for all resources including editors, edit bays, color/mix for a Post Production house. ● Owned the overall production budget, location booking, and broke down script into locations, props, lighting, set decor, and costumes. Hired and supervised the crew, and tracked work hours, ensuring weekly pay remittance.
THE HATEFUL EIGHT, Feature Film LA / CO Set PA (Director: Quentin Tarantino) 12/2014 – 06/2015
● Assisted the Director, Quentin Tarantino and ADs on set.
● Ran base camp with 2nd AD and moved appropriate cast and crew to set as needed. Put actors through hair/makeup & wardrobe including Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Channing Tatum, and Bruce Dern.
